Micro-Tube Heat Exchanger
The micro-tube heat exchanger is a high-efficiency and compact heat exchange device adopting micro-scale heat transfer technology. Its core structure consists of a large number of high-strength metal micro-tubes with a diameter ranging from 0.5 mm to 3 mm (usually copper, stainless steel or aluminum alloy). These micro-tubes are precisely arranged and integrated into header pipes to form high-efficiency heat exchange channels. During operation, two fluids with different temperatures (e.g., gas-gas, liquid-liquid, gas-liquid, etc.) flow inside and outside the micro-tubes or in different tube passes respectively, exchanging heat through the walls of the micro-tubes.
